Last post for 2011

Well friends

   This is the last post of 2011! May 2012 be filled with a lot of craftiness, happiness, and lots of money!!! =) I want to thank you once again for being a part of my crafting journey! Each and everyone of you have touched my life in one way or another! I am greatful for all of you! Enjoy the last video of 2011. There will be a lot more where that came from!

Jazz up your Silhouette Cameo

Good morning my crafty friends!

 Well this day had to come! The last day of 2011, bring on 2012! I hope you all have a safe and happy new year! I am sending each and everyone of you a virtual hug *hugz* I'm squeezing tightly. Quick Tip: Cameo and SCAL 3

Hello My Crafty friends!

    I can not believe it's coming down to the last 2 days of the year! How exciting! I hope you all enjoy your New Years Celebration with all of your friends and family! For today's post I have a quick video on how I use SCAL 3 with my new Cameo.

Merry Christmas and Cameo Creation

Merry Christmas my Crafty friends!

    I hope you all get to spend some wonderful quality time with all your loved ones! May Santa bring you all the goodies you deserve this holiday season! Thank you so much for being a part of my blog! I have gained some beautiful and wonderful friendships through the crafting world! You ladies inspire me and it is a pleasure to get to know all of you! Hello My crafty friends!!


   Boy have I missed you so much! This fourth grade class is really sucking the life out of me! I have been leaving work between 4:30 and 5! There just is so much to do!

   I have made a few projects but have been so busy I forget to take a picture and post to share with you! Luckily Today is the first day of my Christmas break and guess what I just received in the mail yesterday......

Oh yeah, the Cameo!!!! Whoo hoo!!!!

 I can not wait to get started and show you what this baby can do!!! So excited!!!

For today I have some pictures of ornaments I made for my Tree last year. I am a huge Disney Nut and we usually have Disney Christmas or LA Dodger christmas. Not sure what we are going for this year. I know, I know, I haven't even put the tree up! =)

If you would like a video tutorial on these let me know. I was going to post one up for today, but on Friday, I was given a Fourth grade class to teach untill the end of the school year.

Unfortunately ,the teacher that was there, became real sick and has to take the rest of the year off. So, the principal contacted me and offered me the position =) So with that being said, I have been planning like crazy for the week, but there is so much to do in 4th grade that I only planned for today! Yikes! It's a new program, so I'm just getting use to it.

Will you please keep the teacher that I am replacing in your prayers. She is very important to me. She was my 6th grade teacher and it saddens me to know she is ill. Thank you all.

Now on a happier note! Here are the ornaments!

Hello My crafty friends!

    I hope you all enjoyed your holiday weekend! I spent mine crafting, eating pumpkin pie and I babysat my niece! Fun times.

    Well I'm a bit sad because I do not have a video for you. My goal was to have one for each day. But last night during the editing process something went wrong and deleted everything I had added to it. So here are a few pics of today's project.

   I will be working on a video tonight and will have one up and running for you tomorrow morning.

Here is what I made: This is an ornament for the music lover in your life! I made a shaker ornament using MS Holiday glitter. I love this little ornament. It's so interactive and was fun to make. It was my first try and I think it came out pretty good.

Ornament box

Hello my crafty friends!

How are you doing this thursday morning? I hope you find yourself well. The weekend is aproaching yay! Some of us (educators) get a 3 day weekend. So today is my Friday =)

For today, I have an ornament box that I created. Can you believe I actually used sissors?! Yes, I had to dust them off, and clean off the cob webs, but, they worked well.

The snowflake is an SVG I found on SVGSHOP.com I wanted to leave it white at first but my CRICUT! Once again, dragged a lot of the corners and tore my Lil Snowflake. So he under went a brief but short surgery and I glitterfied him to hide the scars! He doing well thank you!

Here is my box. I think it came out so cute and will definitely be making more this christmas. This was my trial run and I'm pretty happy. I hope you enjoy it.

Tangled!

Hello my crafty friends!

    Happy Tuesday. I hope you all are having a great start to the week. I am trying to make myself come inside my craft room daily and ACTUALLLY CRAFT. Since my move into this room, I browse the web for inspitration. I also get lost watching YouTube and being on FB! LOL. I have to use my time wisely in here. =)

    Well last night I was thinking of my lil niece I have. She dressed up as Rapunzel from Tangled. So I thought, why not make her a card featuring Pascal. He's cute! So I found this awesome SVG on Mardenz.

    I was first unhappy on how it cut. My cricut has been recently shreding a lot of my cuts. (I do have a fairly new blade in there) I really want to get the Sihouette Cameo. I here that cuts like butter! X-mas maybe? I hope!

    Here goes my card. Enjoy. I added glitter to cover up the tears and I hand made the flower and added acrylic paint to the ends of it for a different look. I hope you like it.

Dia De Los Muertos Blog Hop Winner

Happy Monday my crafty friends!

   I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I was able to play in my craft room a bit. After I organized it. It was a bit chaotic, but I moved my bedroom upstairs and brought my craft room downstairs! I love it here! I liked where it was before, but I need some change. Does anyone ever feel that way?

   On Sunday it was on of my greatest friends birthday. We call each other sisters! I love her very much! I've known her for 14 years now, ever since we were in junior High! How time flies! Now she has a beautiful family who I adore to pieces. They mean the world to me =)

  Her favorite color is pink, so PINK had to be in her card. I wanted something simple but glitterific. Here is what I came up with.
